Jerry Perkins is the Co-Founder and CEO of Symbee. He also co-founded ACT, Inc, one of Avaya’s first integration partners for CTI, CRM and Custom Software Integration. After selling ACT, Inc. to Cross Telecom, Jerry held consulting and leadership positions with global organizations helping to develop and deploy key Contact Center Infrastructure and Applications. He spent 18 months with www.Five9.com and was an early employee who developed their Solution Architecture Practice within the Professional Services Organization.
At Symbee, Jerry and the company’s leadership team focus on developing differentiated software that help companies with their digital transformation strategy. These engagement based solutions are designed to bring the customer, company and agent together with the goal of advancing the customer engagement strategy into the cloud while enhancing technology investments.
Lance Guthrie is the Vice President of Product Development at Symbee. He is responsible for leading the development team and aligning solutions to our team’s vision of the future. He is also responsible for delivering key applications with our customer engagements, omni-channel and video solutions to align with ever changing business needs.
With over 25 years experience, Lance’s background in large and medium sized corporations started in carrier side telephony but latterly focused on contact center software development and architecture. He has been in the unique position of being a vendor and an end user, which enables him bring perspective and objectivity to projects and product development.
