Symbee is launching the Symbee Connect solution for Amazon Connect.  Symbee Connect is an OmniChannel platform developed from the core Amazon Connect API’s, designed to deliver the enhanced engagement solutions that customers are demanding.

Symbee Connect is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed with an open services architecture to deliver a full digital customer engagement with Amazon Connect. The Symbee Connect products being delivered via SaaS are:

Symbee Connect will be available for on the AWS Marketplace in an easy-to-launch pre-configured SaaS solution for Amazon Connect instances by re:Invent 2018.
